● The Omron PLC and Mitsubishi servo motor are used to implement the micro-injection. The feed amount can be set. The equipment has good rigidity. The ball screw of the Shangyin brand and the linear slide of the precision grade are adopted. The vertical grinding precision is high and the grinding wheel loss is low.
● The program settings are flexible and the position of the infeed position can be arbitrarily selected to achieve various grinding methods.
● Realize the automatic compensation function, as long as the compensation amount is set properly, no manual feeding is required, which ensures the consistency of product accuracy.
● Special tooth shape grinding can be set arbitrarily.
